A new One Piece: Gigant Battle video featuring Luffy and Zoro taking part in some adventure-esque elements has recently been released! Also, a new scan from Shonen Jump magazine confirms Shiki and Ivankov as playable characters and also confirms the game to have an animated opening!

One Piece: Gigant Battle is a multiplayer Nintendo DS fighting game, like Jump Super Stars or Naruto Shippuden: Shinobi Rumble. It allows up to four players to duke it out via Nintendo Wi-Fi connection and will be published by Namco Bandai Games in the Fall of 2010. This game is currently only scheduled for a release in Japan. Like most One Piece titles, it is unlikely Gigant Battle will be released in North America.
