I’m hoping this will be the demo released on August 25th.

I mean at E3, all they showcased was the Naruto & Sakura vs. Kakashi boss battle, and we received that demo.
Why would they release the demo again, I’m sure Europe already has that demo. They also said NEW demo, not the OLD boss battle one. I’m sure everyone noticed that the characters in the GamesCom demo are the basic characters from the start of the anime. We’ll have to wait and see, but it’s hard keeping my expectations down. LOL

Lol i just realised if u hold the jutsu longer it becomes a different jutsu like for naruto normal rasengan becomes odama if u holf circle longer than normal and for kakashi it becomes the lghtning beast jutsu instead of chidori i hope lots of chracters have this same layout as well.

It was so subtle in the demo that I’d almost missed it completely, but yea. I’ve read that the jutsu clashes should be returning but haven’t seen a single one yet – that or aerial combos – though I have seen a “ground combo” dialog which is nice. Did I miss something, though?

people have been saying that the ps3 version of NNS2 is a much better than the xbox 360 which i believe even tho i have a 360 because the ps3 has better contrast because its darker and 360 is lighter but when i play the demo on my 360 i did not look like the 360 pics instead it looked like the ps3. i thought to my self there has to be one answer and it was hd plasma 50″ that i was playin on and plasma enhance the naruto of its 20:000 contrast and it has one of the deepest blacks that a tv can produce

It makes sense to shorten them online but whats the point of doing that when your not online, was it too much to handle for ps3 and 360 idk.

The point of shortening them is to make the fighting faster, It has nothing to do with the consoles being able to handle it.

Who wants to sit through the same damn cutscene time and time again? They are cool for the first time and annoying everytime after.

Would you want to see a 2 minute cut scene of Rasenshuriken every time you use it? Or would you want to get on with the fight.

Here is what i think, i think there is an option to select whether ultimates or cut short or not cause in storm 1 if u hit sum 1 wid ultimate the timer for the battle froze so game times isn’t wasted and to be honest ulimates take about 45 seconds in storm 1

Dude seriously, i’ve played the ultimate ninja series, ever since the game came out in japan, i’ve got them all, i played on NBB & ROTN, even the COTN series and the ultimates has been my favourite and what Tyler said, i love those long overboard ougis because it makes the game more epic, it just isn’t a ultimate ninja game without overboard ougis, isn’t it weird how they cut out long ougis after they put it on xbox, i mean who gives a shit about online, i’ll trade online for long ougis any day, yeah online is ok if you wanna test your skills online, but it is still the same fighting engine as the first one, so there isn’t much skill in it, all i’m saying is this game will be trampled to hell if they took out the long ougis to.

Ya like in street fighter games whoever hosts the session gets to pick the lvl so if u want a long ougi then choose it and both players have to see the long ougi but if u host the session and dnt want long ougis then choose it. this is a suggestion for online batttles and 1layer offline and 2p

They are SPEEDING up the game play, there is no downside to faster game play.

faster gameplay? it gives people the chance to spam the move over and over again, i could care less about faster gameplay, look at ultimate ninja 2 look how fast naruto is if you upgrade his abilities, that was fast, but taking the one thing that made the ultimate ninja games unique to its genre, is just stupid, all i’m saying is, i’ll could handle them taking away the super punch, one life bar, even making the free roam more final fantasy, but taking away ougis, is crossing a dangerous line to becoming a different game

everytime they make a game and the time i have the game i get surprised i mean we don’t know what cc2 can do with the game

and maybe if there is option in multiplayer that you can get the two health bar to three health bars the ougi get longer i really don’t know it’s just a guess

and for the demo i think it will be this one gamescom demo because they have no reason of getting the same demo while they made a new demo after a month from the old demo i mean they could just release the same demo at 29-july for all of the people then they don’t have to release a new demo

Somebody said it before but its true you must be new if you dont know about the long ougis. I say thay still need to go back to 2D style for ultimate ninja were the fighting is more intense than storm. Thay have plenty of naruto games thay need another ultimate with the original and shippuuden charecters accel 1 and 2 did it perfect.

You can choose the number of life bars you want.
