Week 1 sales figures for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 are in! How did our beloved orange-clad ninja do? Well, Storm 2 for the PS3 was the 3rd most selling game in Japan last week! In North America, Storm 2 for PS3 was the 11th most sold game and for the 360 it was the 12 most sold game last week. In Europe, Storm 2 for the PS3 was the 8th most selling game in it’s first week of sales.
Week One Sales Figures
Europe – PS3 – 70,114 copies sold
Japan – PS3 – 63,941 copies sold
North America – PS3 – 57,400 copies sold
North America – 360 – 45,846 copies sold
Europe – 360 – 33,920 copies sold
Japan – 360 – 4,490 copies sold
Week Two Sales Figures
As you may already know, Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 launched a week earlier in Europe, so here are it’s Week 2 sales.
Europe – PS3 – Week 2 – 24,518 copies sold
Europe – 360 – Week 2 – 16,872 copies sold
As you may have noticed, PS3 sales of Storm 2 were stronger then 360. After one week of sales, the total number of PS3 copies sold in North America, Japan and Europe combined was 191,455. The total number of Storm 2 copies that were sold for the 360 after one week was 84,256.
After one week, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 for both the 360 and PS3 sold a total of 275,711 copies worldwide.
When you factor in Europe’s second week of sales, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 has sold a total of 317,101 copies to-date.
