Could this be the best DBZ game ever???? I am intrigued by the idea of creating a black(OMG) DBZ fighter

Finally Spike! It sure took you a while to make a game that would surpass Tenkaichi 2&3 and this seems like it’ll be the one.

A fear that they may end up Fudging it up if a color pallette is not available by making Uub, dark-skinned SSJ4 Gogeta (the alternate costume for gogeta) or even Mr.Black (LOL) from the red ribbon army (attrotious lips SIGH) the only race choices … can you imagine the hair too? And why stop there and limit your self to people, DBZ is filled with dog people and dragons, the mayor was a cat for christ sake….

see this one coming, I don’t mind having it in the game, but I never
thought they would add it, still, this game will be a blast, screw what
other people keep saying its the same game all over again or we’ve played with the same Dragon Ball Z characters a million times already, I DON”T EVEN FREAKING CARE or GIVE A DAMN IF ITS OR I PLAYED THE SAME STORY ALL OVER AGAIN, I would buy and play and collect every DBZ games that is release:)

Add all the features you want spike, you made this game shit when you decided to put quick time events in the middle of a game that’s suppose to have fast pace fighting.

Put out a DBZ : UT demo of an actual vs mode (like in interview videos) and a sample of this character creation, then great I will consider buying it once I see how the controls handle when playing it myself.

God of war isn’t fast pace combat, its a hack and slash game.

And resident evil is a fps, and naruto had quick time events for boses, not in the middle of vs fights.

So yes the game is shit because of quicktime events, they have absolutely no place in a fighting game.

Hey I saw that some read somewhere you can turn off the QTE…but if you don’t like the game so much then why do you look at the post for it and leave negative comments? It seems like a huge waste of time to me..like I don’t have a PSP so I don’t waste my time looking at Ninja Storm Impact…I don’t watch Bleach or One Piece so I never look at those post because it would be a waste of time…there’s no point in bad mouthing a game your not going to buy in the first place so why bad mouth it?

Ok people, we get that “Shogunreaper” doesn’t like the quick time events.

I mean I will kinda get annoyed too, seeing them all the time. When I hit someone with a Kamehameha, I don’t want them to always see it coming and have the choice (to block me, fire back at me, or just stand there).

So, with that we can only hope you can remove them.

And really people, what does it matter if “Shogunreaper” likes it or not. It is not that big of a deal, if you are getting it, what does his comment matter to you?

I 100% agree with you, I love what are they adding to this game, the quick time events LOOKS AMAZING, I don’t care about what he thinks about, no one is forcing me to hate it let him complain about this game, complaining isn’t going to take out quick time events, if he has a complaint let him complain somewhere else and not on this page, is his choice if he hates the game, complaining will get him now where.

Just the words “character creation” and already I’m buying this game!

Adding character creation has made this well on the way to being the best dbz game ever there is only one thing more I could ask for and thats dlc what if characters (im hoping ssj4 future trunks or super saiyan bardock)

See I told you guys that of we told them what we wanted,that it could be the best DBZ game ever if we just tried.I’m pretty sure that this is going to surpass Bt3.I mean look at the way you can damage the battle field.I think that they could probably cut the quick time events off,but I’d still be ok with it.One thing I like in a Game is a Great story mode,and this has it.Now that they added a character creator I’m seriously going to get this game,and I’m pretty sure that anyone that has called this a fail and saying that this will be the same stuff before won’t be saying it now.

i hope they fix the ground movement like zenkai battle royale were you can run and jump and you should be able 2 hide from your enemy whild you gain more health also they should have like animals and stuff hideing in the background that would be cool like dinosurse and when your on the city map there should be people hideing and jet cars flying 2 get away that would be cool and since we get 2 make characters power levels should matter you can easly b track by an enemyy with a scouter you should have a chice of good and evil online and build your on z team or something…

I’m glad that they decided to switch up the gameplay because for years people have been complaining about dragonballz games the combat the story and all that but now they give us something new and people still complain smh

actually i noticed from watchin the demo over and over a person need a certain amount of ki to evade or throw your blast back at you. so it actually helps…for instense the cpu cant just dogde the kamehameha anymore with no ki or move out of the way of it…they have to get hit if they dont have the ki to evade or anything…it actually helps a little bit

if this is the last game they should go all out and make it worth wild for the true fans there very close just a little bit could be done its very close they can turn this in to the greatest rpg figthing game ever just add a little dragon ball sagas in the mix with it and your done

Weeeeeeeelllllllllll, at least your thinking. It’s a great ideal, but I don’t know if we will ever see this in the next 3-5 years, or a good one at that.

But I recall them making a futuristic like DBZ game online. I am not sure what happened to it, but that is something you might want to check out.

It’ll be nice if we can put accessories in the characters, such as caps, t-shirts, etc.

Why would they add such an annoying thing and then give the option to turn it off? That’s counter productive.

Definetly the Tenkaichi series in HD 1 2 and 3 would be great, I’d buy that day 1 since I had good fun on those (mainly BT 3) but great idea, I’d go with that, they could do that after releasing this UT game.

I actually like it. the combos are more intense then ever and now no one can spam the instant vanish dodge they gotta sit there and take an ass whooping or give one lol. But if your taking an ass whooping you can change it all with one move. In a defensive way it helps a lot. I like the QTE.

Well,why would you sit here and waste your time,when you knew that it had quick time events.There was no point in clicking this,if you had no interest in it.And no it’s not counter productive,I don’t think you know what that means.That means to hinder than to serve one’s purpose.What does that have to do with this,at all?Some of the features may be annoying,but even so,that doesn’t make the game unplayable.And yes,they said you can turn QTE’s off,so what is there to complain about now?Some fans are never satisfied.All of of fans kept complaining about how they are tired of the same old story mode,Then in raging blast 2 they took it out and the same fans bitched about that.Hmph what can you do about those whiners?

Ok if this is true then it’s a must game for me, for my newly bought ps3. Hmm… Need to make a list what fan made characters to remake, Xicor & loads of SSJ4/5s from DBAF, then from DBMultiverse SSJ3 Vegitto, SSJ1 Bra(ssj2 too spiky and next stages no eyebrows except ssj4), then SSJ1 Pan for now. Rofl in online we will see loads of guys with very long hair and colored white, black, blue, and all the ps2 DBZ B&T modders will get crazy for it too.

they should keep characters that are created transformations hard 2 reach and dont even tell us if we can transform 2 make it more epic so we would half 2 train are characters alot 2 make them change in 2 super sayain 2 3 and 4 so like if your on an online battle and you happen 2 try 2 change 4 the first time it looks more cool and u get a big cut sceen

Well the guy said you can customize your favorite characters such as Goku, but he did say theyre not revealing everything about character customization yet, so we can hope that they include COMPLETE CHARACTER CREATION as they stated above.

Character creation?? hopefully they’ll input some kind of feature where you can name your own attacks and use voice recording so that when your person uses it they’ll yell what you recorded!
