Nice to know Supers can be used on the fly kind of. But at 3:40 Vegeta is moving but gets locked in the cinematic forcing him to do something about the big bang crash in a the form of a QTE instead of just letting it go by LOL weird.

few things its nice to see u can dodge, but i hope u can still teleport on the fly and still only seen 2 supers used in battle so far, aswell as it seems to punk u into an super attack if its done

Saiyan Island, that’s Super Vegeta, not Super Saiyan. The form between Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 2 with the bulky muscles which consists of three stages or “grades” with this one being the first. Other than that, thank you for posting this! ^_^ I look forward to this fight! :D

I’d say that having to have to do something via QTE is the only down side right about now and how the QTE completely ignore your position at times. lol
Other than that i enjoyed this video.

This one actually looks much better and less repetative than many videos before.
    Still in doubt though…

THUNDER THIGHS!!!  but seriously this looks good, but although the QTE really look anime like, and do well to stop spamming/unlimited combos, surely they don’t need to occur that often, in another vid sit was literally the same QTE 5 times :(

If you count the attacks it pretty much happens after 5 hits everytime.

    So yeah…really repetitive.

It’s not ascended since he doesn’t reach that until after the cell saga.

    It’s super vegeta.

Dude, they’re the same form. Ascended is Super. Just by a different name. Either way, what we can agree on is that this is the first level of that form. Notice how I put the slash? That slash means “and/or” so I put it there just in case, acknowledging it was either one, the other, or both. You’re probably confusing it for a different form, shogun. This is the very form Vegeta and Trunks gained while training in the HBTC, with the exception that Trunks took it to a higher, stronger, but slower level in terms of speed and that Goku demonstrated to Gohan but never used in battle.

I don’t know why people think that there is a “rock, paper, scissor” mechanic when actually their are only 2 options after a combo. When the offense selects an option then the defense has to select an option, if the defense selects the same option as the offense  then the defense hits the offense.

When the offense uses a special attack then the defense has to select one of three options BUT you can only select a certain option if you have enough ki. If the defense doesn’t have enough ki then they will just take the hit like they do in the actual anime.

Apart from when Goku attacked Frieza after 3 hits. I think the QTE’s have replaced smash attack. The QTE after a 3 hit combo is different from a 5 hit combo
