Konami Working on Fairy Tail: Zeref Awakens for PSP

Back in June 2010 video game publisher Konami released the very first Fairy Tail game for the PSP, Fairy Tail Portable Guild. Then in March 2011, they released Fairy Tail Portable Guild 2. Well, Konami has a brand new Fairy Tail game in the works – Fairy Tail: Zeref Awakens! The third game, like the first two, is an action/adventure-type game like Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Impact. The game will feature 45 playable characters and cover the Nirvana, Edolas, and Tenrou Island arcs. Below is the first poster, scan, and screenshots of the game.

Like the first two Fairy Tail PSP games, Fairy Tail: Zeref Awakens is expected to be released in Japan only. A release date has not been announced.

    I think a fairy tail game similar to UNI would be pretty fun to play, maybe with the release of the blu-rays in NA it’ll get an english release also.

    The funny thing is the combat in fairy tail could easily be made into a storm game. Put the characters in the storm engine and it would work fine. Wouldn’t mind playing that if someone decides to make it.

    i tried the first game and it felt just like monster hunter (which it basicly is) but the attack and magic were REALLY slow and you couldnt really perform those satisfying combos like you would in other games, cant wait to see some gameplay of this one

    Its alright. I loved it for the first 4 canon arcs or so, but it kinda got tired.

    It’s kinda weird to use the first game as an example, should’ve posted the scans and wait for an official gameplay trailer instead because they revamped the skill system in the 2nd game (too bad the character creator ruined the game) and it’s said they made gameplay changes in this one too, so I don’t see the point of this video. (and why is it so slow? played on emulator maybe?)

    hey. i already done with the old version of fairy tail portable guild 2 ( up to Raijinshuu Arc only) i want the other like edolas arc , tenroujima arc, nirvana arc . PLEASE RELEASE IT !
