Namco Bandai and CyberConnect2 are celebrating 10 million copies of Naruto games sold and the 10 Naruto anime anniversary through a Naruto world tour! The first stop on the trip was the 2012 Taipei International Book Exhibition in Taiwan. On hand was CyberConnect2 development team lead Yuki Nishikawa who represented the company well in the orange and black Naruto jump suit.
At the event, a tournament of contestants battled for ninja supremacy with the winners receiving prizes, including a 160GB PS3 and Naruto manga volumes! We’re not sure, but it’s possible some people may have even gotten the final retail copy of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations weeks before it’s release! Although, we could be wrong since Nishikawa-san is holding the game and not the fans. Anyways, check out 34 pictures from the event, including screenshots from the game itself!
