I don’t know if you haven’t been following the anime/manga but if you aren’t you should probably be aware that they have gone very far since the(Spoiler Alert in case you are very behind :p)kage arc battle with sasuke vs the kages *danzou was in tsunades place at this point.* so therefore they have a lot to go by in storm 3….you can’t exactly put the game down after one scan…LETS WAIT AND SEE!!!

In the manga (and the anime at this point), he was able to stall , along with the help of the konoha forces, the nine tails until the fourth arrived with kushina.  Plus this was way before the battle between orochimaru and sarutobi.   

but i like sub bar – it helps me get even with substitution spammers who i had trouble with in storm 2

 hell no the sub bar is here to stay. i realise now storm 1 and 2 sucked without it well not storm 1 but 2 was rubbish online, you could hardly do any combos when you were out of charkra its the same thing you couldn’t defend yourself but there should be an option to turn it off in offline.

if they are making a storm 3 now.. i’m almost certain that a storm 4 will come eventually in 2014-2015 <.<

i think, that’s orange on minato’s health bar, and Boss battles look so to me.

Rasengan is the wrong Colour. It’s meant to be a similar colour to his Chakra. Hopefully that’s just a little mistake. Kishi showed in his Artwork that the Rasengan’s were the same colour as the Cloak.

that way, their wouldn’t be an need for so many naruto’s and/ or sasuke’s pluse it’ll feel like we’re playing the actual character’s themselves.

I’m just wondering why do people suggest the Dpad for these things, like changing your Jutsu or awakening mid-battle with it. They’re already in use for the battle items. The right stick on the other hand is completely unused, thus making it the more logical choice if you ask me. 

As for switching stuff, it’d be awesome if you could change your jutsu with the stick in the middle of the fight. More variaton and strategy is never a bad thing

I think what this shows is that you’ll be fighting different characters during a normal boss battle. As in, u fight The Kyuubi as Hiruzen, and then the game switches the player to Minato as he is fighting Tobi. Could explain the arrows next to those small screens.

Some people are saying that a new storm game release just one year after the release of the previous storm game is too early, but it isn’t. Games like Call of Duty, FIFA and PES, release new games every year, and it’s totally normal, people who buy the new Call of Duty game, already know that a new game will be released just one year after  the release of the previous Call of Duty game, and why do the storm games have to be different? We (storm games fans) are not accustomed with this, but is totally normal…

Since this is the last Naruto Storm game they should go back making 2D Ultimate Ninja game on PS3/Xbox360 to cover all the arcs in Shippuden XD

the manga is about to end, kishimoto said it was going to end in 2012 so in about 3 or 4 months the manga will end and the anime will follow in a short period of time, so I suppose the game is comming out between august-november 2013, so they have plenty of time

instead of having so many lots of sasuke and naruto characters they should make it to have more then one jutsu using the left analog stick like up one will  be one and so on and so on.

this an awesome idea i have ok u know how the support has a red bar on them well make it so when you call them out the red bar goes down lil by lil and having us cancle our support so we can save them in case our opponent escapce from our support then we can cancel our support and save the red bar and having it to refill as we dont use the support that will be great.

canceling certain jutsu/ougis for example it would be cool to cancel the rasengan jutsu and the chidori and those kind of hand chakra jutsu and choji’s jutsu as well. cancelling ougis like kirin normal rasen shurkien you get the idea I hope cancelling the team ougi 

for online mode in battle mode having the option to turning of the time so the fight could lass longer and also more life bars and customization item tools for every mode in offline and online  modes also starting a fight in awakening mode online and offline as well and

Yes! Finally someone agrees with me -3- Generations had too much speed with the ultimates and they need to slow things down to make it looks more detailed and epic! And add more health bars (custom mode) that would be great! Play how you want it to be!

the edo tensei pts chars might. like the edo zabuza and edo haku with hakus nin being the ice dome . i suspect that the edo versions of them will make it into the game.

I agree with alot of your points. Especially the new combos one and alternate costumes. I also think they shouldn’t give show much running room in battles because I swear they get dragged out.

I understand people not liking generations sub system, but storm 2′ sub system was fucking garbage…. You couldn’t hit the attack button in that game without getting subbed wtf

I think they should like take the transformations awakenings, like Curse Mark Level 2 for Kirin/True Spear Sasuke, and make those seperate characters who don’t have ougis (ultimate jutsu). Then maybe just make awakening a form that boosts your stats or whatever it does.

I’m really hoping for alternate costumes. This is like the biggest must have for me in this game! Generations was an alright pass-time while we waited BUT this is what I really have been waiting for! Loving the fact that we dont have to wait another 2 years for this to come out! 

I’m just praying they go all out with this game and dont copy and paste characters. NEW MOVESETS FOR EVERYONE PLEASE! (like Sai with those new paintings of his! and make Sasori being Kankuros full-time puppet, etc.)

Nice! I just hope that they change the fighting system from generations. They need to either make every thing chakra based (subs and cancels) or slow down the combo cancels. StormG’s system is so unbalanced, I either completely dominate the opponent or vice-versa by just being hyper aggressive with combo canceling. The minute you run otu of subs you basically lose the match. Also:
-Keep PTS characters
-Customizable jutsus, awakenings, and ultimates before matches
-More costumes like anbu kakashi and taka Sasuke w/o cloak
-Bring back free roam but with easier telelortation

I don’t think they will go all out I’m sure they are going to leave a lot of stuff for future games. And they definitely need alternate costumes, I’m confused to why they have yet to do this. I wish they would make it so you could completely customize your character even costume, I know some might think thats not a good Idea and they should stick to costumes they wear but I would really like to play as some characters in, say the akatsuki cloak like Gaara or Kakashi. But if not they should at least have other costumes for other characters, especially jugo I’m sick of his prison clothes.

I agree they should go all out but I don’t think they will nor do I think this is the last storm game and I kinda hope its not. If they make this game really awesome that will be great and I”m sure it will be good, but I’m sure there will be room to make things better and hopefully make an even better game after which is where the storm 4 would come in. But hopefully they don’t withhold things knowing they are going to make a fourth.
I think this because with all the fans that wanted the sound 4 for generations for some reason they didn’t add them. and Generations really wasn’t to different from storm 2. They should have made generations a lot better than it was but it seemed like they were just releasing it to make another game probably for money but I’m sure they wanted to try the new fighting system too but it should have been better.
But there is still hope for storm 3 and I’m hoping they deliver.

Hopefully this time around people wont be asking if certain characters are going to be playable that are most likely going to be. For one if its a main character they are most likely going to be playable. And Madara is most likely going to be playable so lets see how many people keep asking or wondering if Madara will be in the game.

Make everyone playable

So I guess we’ll probably be looking at another .5 type of game after Storm 3 comes out like how Generations was Storm 2.5

They have to add the sound ninja 4 as playable characters.

I think Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 should have
 A free roam story from the start of the series up to the end of the series. Filled with random missions and other things to find.

Multiple jutsus for the characters and jutsu customization. A jutsu gauge wouldn’t be that bad. That way spamming wouldn’t happen as much. 

Alternate costumes for characters. Because of the 4th ninja war, the characters all have their villages native jacket. So having characters in their normal clothing and war clothing would be awesome. Also after having characters ressurected by kabuto, those characters could have their edo tensei costume and then what they looked like before they were dead.

More than 1 ultimate jutsu for each character. Between 2 and 3 would be good.

Being able to customize each stages music. Having music from the anime would be awesome! Would bring a sense of series nostalgia.

Bring back jutsu clash.

Arena changes and possibly arena obstacles. ( That can be turned on and off before battle)

The ability to walk on walks and climb trees

More characters. Include all pre-time skip characters and all the new characters introduced since generations up until the end of the series, including all new forms of older characters. Also get rid of support only characters and make them fully playable. Also add characters that are usually over looked (konohamaru, kurenai, iruka and baki) They have been playable in other games, but have been omitted in the storm series. Also add important filler characters such as Sora and Guren. They have huge fan cults. This game is supposedly the last of the series because it should be covering the whole series. Because of this everything the fans could ever want should be included.

Because of the 4th shinobi war, maybe the ability to create a ninja, who you could customize to be from any village or an edo tensei character or akatsuki.

Overall just cater to what the fans want and give us what we want. Make everyone happy by not being cheap. Make this the most packed Naruto game ever!

Wow people stop complaining about spammer this and spammer that. They upgraded the dashing system in Generation’s so if you still can’t win against “running spammers” it’s you not the game.

 And I hope they have another event where they give us an e-mail address to send all of our hopes and wishes for Storm3. There are so many things that I hope make it into this game- I can’t wait for an opportunity to list them all.

People kept thinkin generations was the sequel lol fail I guess you have to literally put 2.5 for people to understand. I liked generations but I found  myself goin back to storm 2 for the boss battles and they’re back now Yess! Just by this scan something is tellin me Storm 3 is gonna be epic. you wanna know why I say that,well because where else can you find the third whoopin some nine-tail ass(butt,excuse my french).

The problem with adding filler characters is that people will always wonder why certain others are not available. Its best to stick to a more manga based list rather than anime. I really wouldn’t mind some filler characters but like I said it creates to much hassle.
However if they make customizable characters they could use their character model and clothes so you could make a character that looks like them, and ad some jutsu from filler, that would be cool, but again that creates a hassle as well.  Its impossible to please everyone. some people want some characters to only be support and they think having pre time skip is stupid. But to each his own. You can’t please everyone, and if they don’t like certain characters then don’t pick them its that simple.
Any way great ideas I agree with pretty much all of them.

I Really don’t mind if characters don’t make it or only as support, I rather have them have less characters only if that improves the gameplay. What i think would be an improvment is less OOOO mashin and serieus bein able to put op combo’s, and less quick time events, and also it should’nt be 12 + but 16+… I’m not complainin but thats something what i think would be an improvment..

 The significance of them all in a row means nothing.  Besides they can always stop at some point in the war. I hardly doubt that this will be the last naruto game.

hands down all of the things we crazy ass fans want they can achieve it and put it on the game just know the mega awesome games like cyrissis 2 have a lot of hard drive data i think 3 or 4 gb but naruto has atleast over 3000 mb i believe so if they dont get lazy we are going to get a great naruto game 

In my opinion we don’t need more Narutos, instead we need new fresh “blood” in form of characters like Guren,Sora and Ryuzetsu etc.

Masashi Kishimoto said that he already knows how Naruto will end. It’s just a matter of writting it down. I’m sad that the the story will end soon because it’s my favorite anime but I think it’s also time for it to end…. =(

 Konohamaru would just be a reskin of Naruto though i would like to have Gurren and Sora in it, i would also like Chiriku

My biggest gripe with Generations was that it felt more like an Expansion to Storm 2. I refused to pay 64 bucks just for additional characters. I hated the fact that just about everyone from Storm 2 had the same Jutsus. I thought that substitutions could have been handled better than a Sub Gauge. I wish they let us choose the jutsus we wanted like the PS2 games.

You do realise if this takes part on the Ninja War, Madara with rinnegan and the main enemies in the should be included (which should include some of the Kages and the some of the swordsman). But dont get me wrong, the ideas you suggest are really cool.

 It has to be the game goes all the way to the end of the manga.

I hope the boss battles be hard as if were fighting a skilled friend 

i have just counted how many chapters they will make in time and what fits in. After Naruto and Bee vs A (Raikage) Naruto will go out to the war himself, thats why it fits to end it there.

Actually by next year, we will reach tobi and naruto’s fight, And that fixes in perfectly fine, because they put kyuubi control naruto before it was even released in episodes, And also, Masashi might give them the story inside scoop, Since i am thinking that it will be one of the final storm series.

i find that hard to believe that they would start with Kakashi and not Minato who`s Naruto`s father. where everthing started, even from episode 1 they started by telling about what happend from when Kyuubi attacked Konoha, so thats why they will start with Kyuubi vs Hiruzen.
BTW it fits a lot better with an ending before Naruto goes to war himself

I know this was in Shonen Jump, but I can’t help but be confused. In the MM and Minato fight scene, they’re showing tobi’s picture for the Masked Man’s health bar. Maybe it was just so they could announce it more quickly or something, but either way it worries me.

1-You can’t be serious? First off, PTS characters are awesome and I believe they should stay.
9- Jutsu clashes are a must have. GTFO if you disagree.
12-Kinkaku and Ginkaku can’t be 2 in 1. if Kinkaku is defeated you think Ginkaku is just going to stand around like Akamaru does when Kiba is defeated? No, he’ll go Nine Tails on you.
17-Free Roam should be included if it’s like Storm 1, if it’s like Storm 2 don’t bother.
19-Who cares about the damn team names? Jeez relax.
18-Chained battles don’t make sense because it’s still going to have to load.
20-Backstage commentary? Are you serious, man??

There is one thing that was missing in the last game(naruto shippuden ultimate ninja storm generations), that i really wish you guys would not miss in the next, which is Jugo’s real awakened state. He shows it in the kages meating, saddly the Rikage kicked his ass so fast, he didn’t have the the chance to develop it any further. But still I trust you guys to do a good job with his combos, and he also showed what can be a special(I think). And I’m pretty sure you guys can ask Masashi a thing or two.
Also I  forgot, I really think that taking some ideas from Teken would be very productive. For exemple the replay of the finishing blow in the end of the battles. Adding that to the Naruto games would improve them substancialy without a doubt.

In my opinion the storm series is the best of all naruto games by far but there are some faults –
including -
1- i would like to see all of these characters playable like.. Iruka, Konohamaru, Zetsu, all 6 paths of Pein, Madara, 7 Ninja Swordman, all past kage’s and current kage’s from each village, more Uchiha Clan members (like Shisui and Izuna…etc), Baki, Jugo (in his kage arc costume and Akatsuki Cloak), Suigetsu (Awakening Water Arms and Akatsuki Cloak), all 5 sound ninja’s, Gaara (Shukaku Awakening), Obito/Tobi (Rinnegan – Masked & Unmasked), Orochimaru (Akatsuki Cloak), known ANBU members, and all past playable characters from the Storm series.

2- Now for added battle options like run up walls and trees make the arenas bigger so for an example your fighting in the forrest of death and you run through the trees and get some more space away from your opponent so you can charge chakra or think up some strategy to go against your opponents ability and thats about it… thanks for reading and give me a thumbs up if you agree

Hate to spoil your fun guys, but in the manga, it reveals that madara is actually obito lol. Especially since madara gets resurrected eventually as well.
