V-Jump has released the very first trailer for Naruto SD Powerful Shippuden! The trailer features goofy music with Naruto and Rock Lee battling animals and generic ninja.

Naruto SD Powerful Shippuden is a fighting game for the Nintendo 3DS by Namco Bandai Games. Confirmed playable characters include Rock Lee and Naruto. The game is set for release in Japan sometime Winter 2012. At this time, a release for North America and Europe has not been announced.

Gotta say this game looks stupid as all hell. But the show is also stupid as all hell. And that’s exactly what makes it awesome. Won’t be getting this though, really don’t care about the 3DS. But still, those of you who will, hope it’s as good and goofy as the show ^^

agreed, IF this was made back in early 2000′s I might would’ve gotten it for gameboy advance or something, but this is 2012, clearly they could make an game that is in the same class as pokemon, yugioh, megaman thou they have been extremely milked, So I’m expecting an hand held naruto game that is good or even better than ultimate impact for psp/vita. not take 2 steps back.

The last 5 seconds of that trailer destroyed my eyes, also this game will most likely not be released in America but there’s a very good chance it will be released in Europe as Naruto Shippuden 3D: The New Era came out in the EU and not the US so it’s possible…
