it does, they said back when generations was still in pre-production that they’ll release the game once the manga is finished which will obviously be sometime between the end of 2012 near beginning of 2013. So yes, it’ll go all the way through war to the ending conclusion which I’m sure they already know.

First and foremost I’d like to thank cyber connect2 for their EPIC work in Storm, Storm 2 and Generations. And with the release of storm 3, I’m pretty sure all fans around the globe are more than excited to see the evolution of the game. Needles to say, the Naruto Shippuden ultimate ninja storm franchise has been, if not, the best manga game made.

The enhancement in game play we experienced from storm to storm 2 was awesome, and the leap from Storm 2 to Generations, which added: chakra dash (that was used to cancel or extend a combo), and the substitution gauge was really a mind blower because it made the game alot faster and pushed the gamer to have faster reflexes in battle. But I felt that Generations lost a bit of the intensity in it’s fights that storm 2 had because it made the substitution jutsu/dodging to easy by just tapping the L2 button at any given time and cancelled R2 turning it into BLOCK only. And once the substitution gauge is empty, you can only watch your death, as you pray the gauge fills up quickly, basically your not in charge.

My suggestion to Cyber Connect2 for Storm 3, to have all lovers of the Game speak in tounges,lol, is to keep all that was added in Generations and put bak the use of R2 as substitution jutsu/dodging, by tapping it just before the moment of impact which uses the CHAKRA GAUGE and to LIMIT the SUBSTITUTION GAUGE L2 to use up to 3 times once full incase of emergency ex: when there’s no chakra left, those moments when you just can’t seem to dodge a combo that’s being done to you, or when someone tries to do a special from behind. Simply put L2 becomes “the substitution gauge incase of emergency” that doesnt use chakra and R2 becomes the “normal substitution JUTSU” which uses chakra.

I think with this suggestion the fights will go beyond any fans expectations and will bring an even greater intensity to the battle. BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!!

yeah i noticed, there should be an option to disable the sub bar for hardcore offline players and they should bring back the clashes, wall fighting that was in storm 1 back for atleast offline and i honestly like the sub bar it just needs some more work and also since in this boss fight when ur playing as the 3rd to you it must be the same as storm 2 and 1.

One of the greatest features was to have a 3d battle camera system that was not split screen, that through clever mechanics made your characters movement controls relative to the camera, and that allowed you to constantly immerse your character in both the foreground and background. I apologise but this is one of the most silly requests I’ve had the displeasure of reading, you’re essentially telling them to go backwards in an attribute that through advanced processing was able to get to where it is to provide the more gameplay realistic camera system…unless you’re trolling that is

First of all, Storm 3 will not go to the end of the manga/war. Since it hasn’t even been written yet, and most decisions are planned out in pre-development… it’s just not going to happen unless Kishi gave them all the notes, designs, plot, etc. before he’s even drawn the darn thing.

Second, NO. Naruto has been stale since it jumped the shark during the Pain Invasion Arc. Since then it has been just power up after power up, then returning villains from the dead (resurrection is always considered poor writing), SAGE KABUTO, cats and dogs living together! You get my point.

It will NOT go to the ending. The manga is not finished yet. They’ve already begun development, meaning most everything has been planned out. Unless they can predict the future or Kishi is feeling generous and spoils everything to them, there is no chance it will be the last.

Maybe the last Storm game, but not the last Naruto game that goes all the way to the end. (PS4 will be out by the time they can release a new Naruto game).

hmm… then it must have been filler because it occurred in the anime. CC2 is infamous (in a good way) for over-dramatizing or even including fights (such as Naruto vs. Gamabunta in Storm 1, that really wasn’t a fight in the manga) in the Storm games.

I for one am glad they decided to base this fight on the anime. Hopefully we’ll get some other filler content (I want Guren! so much potential with her in a Storm game).

Also, huge stretch, but a separate mode with boss battles from the films. And even a few of those villains could be playable. (the prison warden in “Blood Prison” was badass.)

Not sure if she had face time in manga, not up to date. But if she had no battle, then likely not even as a support (I doubt PTS characters will be in the game).

@Alex Merrero if they ever think about putting in filter episode character Sora must be they first choice though I did like gurens crystal kekai genkai I think she has a low possibilty of making an apperance,and Sora would have an actual Kyuubi cloak transformation I think he would make a great character and so would the four grave robbers.

They would be very stupid if they did not mke it a Boss battle considering it was huge event in the manga, it was the death of an akatsuki member thierr must be a boss battle rather you play with tobi or konan id prefer konan but there MUST be , id could see them not making it a boss battle if it was generations but its not. And they brought the epic battlles back (;

PS if I could such as fly around as konan I would play the batte over and over again every day.

I hope its a boss battle too and that we get to play as Konan. I find it funny that out of all the akatsuki Hidan was the only one not to get a boss battle.
