Naruto Storm 3 – Darui vs Hanzo Gameplay

We’ve seen a new demo with new menus, Hanzo’s Ultimate Jutsu, and now from the 2012 New York Comic Con comes a new gameplay video – Darui vs Hanzo! An interesting thing to note in the gameplay video is about 9 seconds in, there is a R1/L1 extra hit option similar to Storm 1.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is Namco Bandai Games and CyberConnect2′s fourth entry in the Storm series. It will be available for the Sony PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360 in Japan, North America, and Europe sometime Spring 2013. It will begin with the incident with the Nine Tailed Fox from 16 years ago, continue on to the Five Kage Arc, and go up to the Shinobi War, covering latest episode of Naruto Shippuden before the game’s release.

    its like what they had in storm 1 when u get knocked back u get two choices let your opponent get an extra hit or not sure but im guessing that 1 of your support will probably catch u :/ still not sure about that 1 but i guess well find out later

    Darui is my favourite character, I’m so glad they made him so awesome ! Fast, smart and not OP. Just perfect ! Can’t wait to see more playable characters on the battlefield !

    Sage Kabuto should be an individual char, but given that the anime probably will not reach that far, I suppose awakening is better than nothing. Kabuto did too much in sage mode for it to simply be an awakening though, IMO.

     i would love to play as sage mode kabuto but what would his ultimate be  probably using the sound 5 and orochimaru that popped out of his torso
    i jope the game at least reaches the end of orochimaru’s ressurection so at least we will get every main character that took part in the war arc

    That was a strikeback/knockback, not what was in storm 1. Not sure why the L1/R1 came up AFTER the cinematic had already started, but it certainly is interesting.

    He only had two Sage Art Jutsu, the rest were usable outside that mode. He will not likely ever be a separate character unfortunately.
