Leaf 11 Confirmed with War Outfits in Naruto Storm 3 (New Scan)

A brand new Naruto Storm 3 scan is out! It features the Leaf 11 (also known as Konoha 11) in the War outfits! That’s Sakura, Lee, Tenten, Neji, Hinata, Choji, Sai, Ino, Shino, and Kiba! Yes, Rock Lee and Shikamaru look the same as always, but their war outfits are the same as their normal ones. Kakashi and Tailed Beast Chakra Mode Naruto included too!

In case you are wondering, at the bottom left hand corner is a screenshot of the Gedo Mazo, who was a confirmed in the last scan as a boss who Butterfly Choji fights against. And below that screenshot shows a rebuilding Hidden Leaf Village from Naruto Storm 3′s story mode. That stage is playable in free battle too, as shown in Namco Bandai’s video from a few weeks ago.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is Namco Bandai Games and CyberConnect2′s fourth entry in the Storm series. It will be available for the Sony PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360 in North America and Europe in March of 2013. It will begin with the incident with the Nine Tailed Fox from 16 years ago, continue on to the Five Kage Arc, and go up to the Shinobi War, covering latest episode of Naruto Shippuden before the game’s release.

Nice little extra. Those can go a long way CC2, you should learn from that. At this point I’m looking for gimmicks (I normally wouldn’t, but the game seems to not have anything else much to offer) since the battle system is still not my cup of tea. Again, I can’t take this game seriously after ring outs and nothing done to substitution, so just give me eye candy and maybe you can make up for a tiny bit of it.

It could mean several things my friend:

-Health turns red when critical.
-Blur.
-Lighting in the room when the ad was scanned.
-Change in color through the publishing and afterwards the scanning process. The quality of images gets worse the more you change their format or resize them.
-Three health bars.

No, it confirms some type of free roam, but not necessarily to the same degree as storm 1. If you look at the screenshot it looks as if he is jumping on top of buildings from a 2.5D angle with a side view rather then a 3D one from behind the character. This is backed up by the fact that Matsuyama said it won’t be like Storm 1, but will allow for players to jump on top of buildings, etc.

Nope, last time I checked, you’re not on that list. You’re actually one of the few people I respect on this site. Most of the people are falling for CC2′s tactics of eye candies and don’t see that this is just going to be another broken game, which I guarantee it will be.

I think the 2D for getting places, then the free roam when you are in towns (in this case villages, stages, etc.) Would have been a much better idea. This is just way to one-sided to get around in. = n=

Seriously! I was SOOOOOOOOOOOO PISSED when Shippuden came around and he BARELY uses his normal Fang Over Fang with NO noticable difference in power or control. I wanted to see him use Wolf Fang Over Fang at least ONCE! But that seems like it will never happen, so don’t hold your breath. . .

That´s like the most non news that i have ever seen for a game I mean seriously the Konoha 11? Would be weird if they suddenly would say “The Konoha 11? Not gonna be in the game.” The Statue has a nice touch to it but i don´t know, because i was complaining earlier that you guys shouldn´t be so impatient about the news, but now i waited kinda a while and this news is rly dissapointing.
