Well look what we got here theyre in the game some people arent patient

they are playable look yyou can see they have green health like veryone else thats playable also zoom in on the one with the wind tornado you’ll see darui has yellow health

I don’t know… Pain has 6 bodies, while Ginkaku and Kinkaku are only two. It would be easier to make separate characters. Plus, they seem to have a complete moveset, fighting separately on the battlefield.

Anybody with a brain know they will be playable and awakening mode is the kyubi form.

O.O…..The way the Boss Battle (this is a Boss Battle, look at the health bars of Kin & Gin, and also, no items in the right side of the screen) works…is almost exactly what i suggested to CC2!!! Even the Zetsus!!! it’s not like they did what i wanted, but…it’s a possibility. And they are separate characters.

And yes, no confirmation of them being playable yet, but c’mon…there’s already 99/100 of certainty.

I TOLD YOU, YOU IMPATIENT LITTLE BASTARDS! People were actually thinking that they weren’t going to be in the game. Obviously they have to be playable characters since they were really important to the story and also made your boy Darui standout. 

Oh I see I can’t reply to your latest comment I just looked it up. It’s still 14 chapters away. That would be 2 months of Naruto anime before Madara is in play, right before the game’s release. You think they’ll put him in? I think the game will end where the anime is now, you know, the long night with fillers :p Because if they would continue after that, there is no good point to stop with the story in the game. I mean, they must have some sort of an ending to the story mode. Like the end of the Pain arc, that was a real “ending”.

Obviously these shitty characters where gonna be in the game… Don’t really care for them, bring out madara.

Again, can’t reply to your previous post… Yeah it sucks not knowing Since they say “covering latest episode of Naruto Shippuden before the game’s release” that would almost have to be a “cliffhanger-ish” ending Something like Madara appearing on the battlefield, THE END! You get to play with him in Storm 4

Chill pedro, I know you’re trying to get known by leaving a ton of comments on this story, but chill.

Yeah, but Jugo did other stuff without awakening like: Try to kidnap Bee-san, fight against Sasuke, play Farmville, etc. Also, Generations wasn’t supposed to follow the story, it was just to stall for Storm 3 so they “came up with this great idea to mix the old Naruto… with Shippuden Naruto!” How did that turned out? Too bad PTS Tenten isn’t here to answer that one. The point is that Storm 3 will start at the Kage meeting, which is where Storm 2 left off. P.S.- Kinkaku and Ginkaku only had one fight where they awakened, so there is a higher possibility that they will have their awakening, though there is a possibility that they will not like you said:)

Just read the manga, you’ll understand you only have to read 14 chapter to find out what I’m talking about

 Their just going to be upgraded, besides Minato, Pain, and Konan.

This battle looks pretty interesting, although at some point I would hope you can fight them both at the same time, because if not then that wouldn’t make much sense to me.

This pretty much confirms the last bit of characters we’ve seen in the anime so far until the fillers end. Hopefully next we’ll either get some gameplay of these battles or suprise characters like Omoi or Pakura

FINALLY. That brings the total to… five? But the better news is that they are going forward with Story revelations then taking a step back to reveal other things. So everything is still on the table despite having confirmed things way after this fight.

ikr i mean they are not like pain so they can’t skip their way out of making both playable they both fought and they can’t be summoned like pain so no black lines when one or the other is doing the combo (black lines as in poof on the screen and start fighting then jump off screen when the combo is done)

are cc2 making all the battles in the war boss battles cause it kinda looks like it

I’m hoping these boss battles we’ve seen so far have the over the top action sequences we’ve come to love. 

Yea, but they also always fought together, never apart, an were alternating their attacks. It makes much more sense for them to be 1 character with the main body being the one who awakened.

Minato doesn’t really need much upgrade that what we’ve seen in videos, and Pain will probably be replaced by Nagato. Konan really needs at least a new UJ and paper rollerblades as awakening action.

Gedo Mazo could be purple Tobi’s awakening. But yeah, you’re right though.

I am guessing this is not a full fledged boss battle with QTE and all the graphical glory,its just a normal battle which I am guessing will end with a cut-scene,or maybe I could be wrong who knows?lets just wait for a new trailer,which focuses more on the War arc

We aseked for it and we got it’ yeah e la’ but if they are playable i think they shou ld fightt like Deva Pain but they might be two characters in story mode because of hack and slash.

Yeah, but they each had tools which did not work properly on their own. One of them had the tool which drew souls out, while the other had the gourd to seal the souls in.

This feels kinda good, because they just blew out that info like it was not very special. Next up are Itachi and Nagato, but i think those will be announced next year in Jan-Feb, because Chikara is airing until the end of the year.  At the end of February we might even get the Edo Tensei Kage confirmed and maybe as a last minute before release special announcement Uchiha Madara.

Naruto and Sasuke having several slots is pretty unnecessary too, but still makes far more sense than the brothers being seperated. We saw them fight together, they were said to always fight together, they alternated all their attacks.. Hell, I of them got sucked away cuz the other’s name is his most used word. And the result of the seperation was an immediate awakening. They are inseparable.

That could work as well. I just think they shouldn’t be 2 entities completely seperate from each other. They’ll probably take up 2 slots though to make sure they have over 72

i know smh tis game wont haver much content if you ask me. i dont see how this game will have over 4 chapters if you ask me unless they follow the manga ijs.

though its unlikely they’ll take anyone out because that’s more slots they’d have to fill… its sad really..

It isn’t because they don’t show anything that there won’t be anything. Some publishers don’t say anything about their future games, and sometimes the result is amazing. So just be patient instead of judging to early.

Early we only have 3 months left to release content and i still haven’t seen shit yet that will make think this will be the best Storm game that comes out. I hate what they are doing smh they don’t listen to fans let us be honest. They already been working on this game for two years and just adding and finishing minor details of the game. I will buy it either way because i am a Naruto fan not a CC2 fan, so i hope somebody else better get the license instead because these games aren’t that. Let us be honest smh Generations got boring after the first week and was sad that it cost that much. Next thing you know 3 months already past and u will be like wtf as well watch. I don’t care much for Uchiha Madara because he is not my favorite character but i dont see this story mode going past the jinchuriki battle if it even get that far.

“Some” publishers doesn’t include CC2. They usually throw information at you faster then you can catch it. So either they inexplicably changed their advertising philosophy or they really don’t have that much to reveal.

This is japan, remember. Simply revealing “hack N slash” will get them excited, so they may just be banking on that new feature for most of their sales. Even these screenshots are clearly a part of the hack n slash portion of Story Mode.

 EMS sasuke comes after madara. He prolly won’t be included in the game unless the game goes up to SPOILER: the Itachi and Sasuke vs Kabuto fight

well this game didn’t change a lot but i still love it
and i think kinkaku and ginkaku  are going to be playable after we defeating them we will unlock them
but i hope there is a free mission mode just like impact that will be awesome .

i dont  think ems sasuke will be in the game but i want to play with naruto with the nine tails chakra from the 
beginning of the battle and i wish there naruto full nine tails power

It hasn’t. And notice how you couldn’t even list the “a lot” of changes, just saying it’ll be epic. So, I’ll list them for you:

-Hack N Slash (50th game in the DW series now).
-Ring Outs
-3 new characters so far (there will be more, but these screenshots are of Story Mode as evidenced by the different health bars and zetsu in the background)
-1, yes 1, new move per character while in awakening ONLY.

Those guys will actually probably be confirmed soon since they appeared in the manga for a bit. Just like the Seven Swordsmen who did almost nothing in the manga except Zabuza.

I think 99.5% of the storm community can agree that ring outs (although funny as hell to look at) are a load of COWABUNGA F**K.  I am all for everything else put in the game, but that one feature is really pissin’ me off. . .

would’nt it be cool if they let you play the ninetails and rampage through the village. or if you got the choice to play any of the tailed beast and let them fight eachother on the village it would be called like ultimate versus mode. if you dont get what im saying its like the normal versus mode in storm three, except you get to play giant characters like tailed beast choji gedo tensei like tht.

Aside from the new characters, I really hope this all ends up as one big joke until the final month. Where they reveal their TRUE “2 years of work” behind the game. Because so far, I’m not that impressed by how things are going.

There’s a reason for that Anko fan.The problem is that most of the kunoichi are not battling ex:kurenai,Shizune,and more.But i really like your idea i really hope for her to come ^^.Have hope,cause there a little battle bettwen her and kabuto but endded quickliy.

I think the tails beast will be in the game and that is the climax and Storm 4 we will get Madara or he will show up in Storm 3 then the end lol CC2 troll.

LOL if Choji got  Boss Battle with the Gedo and that fight ended quickly, so she better be playable.

They’ll probably stop the game when Madara shows up. And make him the last playable character. Just like Kabuto in Generations.

The engine wouldn’t allow it. First off, the character is always locked onto the opponent. Second, the camera is behind the player character, it would have to be above or farther out to the side. Third, how would you perform cinematic jutsu/ultimates? They’d have to change the entire system, and probably just create a whole new series while at it.

That actually seems pretty possible if anything. I’m already pretty sure they won’t be able to get the full war in this game,but it depends the war is still going on so I wouldn’t be surprised.

Other than Itachi pulling YET ANOTHER OP AS F**K Sharingan genjutsu out of his a$$ and trolling Kabuto to hell (almost as bad as Naruto trolled Kakuzu). . .  It was nothing too impressive.  Kabuto was a BOSS with his new sage mode powers, Itachi was being Itachi, and Sasuke was just popping a squat on the sidelines being a whiny little b*tch.

That’s pretty much the entire fight in a nutshell.

Not to mention that the entire fight was also consisting of the OP-ha (Uchiha) brothers spamming the HELL out of Susano’o, which COMPLETELY ruined Itachi’s character for me.

Sooo.. they were planning this the whole time? Wow then, Then storm 1 and 2 and generations were all fake scams to let us hungry goblins feed while they work on the ultimate buffet to stuff us so much we explode. So even before they thought about storm they said “Hey lets make a series starting with storm 3 and give them storm 1 and 2 as a fake!” Then when they a loose on money they make generations off of copy and pasting. Again that would make 2 years they have been working on it. Wait think about it this is 2012 so 2 years ago is 2010 meaning if they going to make the game come out on march 2013 wouldn’t that make 3 YEARS? So making of 3 years the whole time they have been adding every single naruto action into to this game. If my information proves right then this game will have every single thing on the whole naruto series. Wow if it doesn’t then CC2 really have grown lazy. Sadly they decide to hide this from everyone by making these useless scans for us I mean really if you think about it their are only about 3 things you would like from this whole entire scan.CC2 are just now making sure they add every little thing  they see us whining about. Like Story mode, Supports, Justus, Ultimate’s, clothing, mechanic’s, etc…

I know I forgot some, but all that added up is 100 right there. I didn't count some like Itachi, Kakuzu, Asuma, etc because I consider those costume changes.

THERE ARE NO PTS CHARACTERS AS CC2 STATED BEFORE NUMEROUS TIMES.

I know.  I own the whole Clash of Ninja series.  It was done well.  However INFINITE stage transitions wouldn’t be a good idea.  It would look cool the first couple of times, but then get EXTREMELY repetitive.  Especially if you’re using/fighting a character like Sage Mode Naruto or Itachi who has a lot of knockback potential.
