One Piece: Kaizoku Musou 2 Confirmed! First Scan

YORDEMO! When a game has a crazy amount of sales, it’s almost certain there will be a sequel. In a brand new Shonen Jump scan, it’s been revealed Omega Force, Namco Bandai Games, Tecmo Koei have in works One Piece: Kaizoku Musou 2 (One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2)!

The scan shows time skip Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji in addition to Enel from the Skypiea Arc! It will introduce a new original mode, new characters, and new stages. No word on a release date at this time, but the game is coming to the Sony PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita!

    Hopefully they have a physical copy for N.A this time around… Also they should have an English version also, instead of just Japanese with english sub.

    Why are the time-skip versions of the monster trio in skypiea… I hope they don’t try and alter the story because they didn’t put the arc in the first game to begin with. Also I wonder what role time-skip aokiji and and blackbeard will play as they haven’t even appeared in the manga yet (with the exception of aokiji in film Z). Also I hope they do brook’s story in thriller bark!!!!!

    this was predictable , though kinda bad maded.. it would be better if they did the first one to half of the anime and other half going to this one… and still , the best game one piece could have is one with 1vs1 mode.

    Looks cool,as long as they expand on the first one. The first one could’ve been much better. I see Eneru looking like a boss lol, but they’re going back in the story? they should’ve just had it in the first one. Can’t forget Blackbeard and Aokiji. Well,I’m pretty anxious to see more.

    Actually Storm 2 and Gen. were pretty much copies of each other with most of the characters being the exact same with combos and specials from Storm 2. Meanwhile, Storm 3 looks like a copy of both games because of the exact same issue as Storm 2 and Gen. Just because they added some new features doesn’t mean it is a BRAND NEW GAME. He was just describing this because the same thing is happening to this game. You should be silenced for not opening your brain and observing the facts before blurting out Naruto fanboy shit .

    They need to make every (or at least nearly every) boss character playable. In the first one, Arlong, Don Krieg, Mihawk, the Admirals, etc. should all have been playable. They did most of the work to make the characters.There really wasn’t much more they needed to do to make them playable.

    The gameplay of the first was surprisingly fun and the graphics were impressive. I wish they’d give atleast ONE onepiece game a decent story mode, though. I doubt that will happen, so I’ll pick this up when it’s a little cheaper and have some co-op fun with friends.

    Hopefully people don’t import it to the point where Namco Bandai thinks we don’t need an english dub. I don’t mind the japanese dub but it’s hard to read what the characters say and play the game at the same time.

     On playstation plus, i think its only 29.99.  I don’t have it but you might.  You can buy a 3 months subscription and the game off of the service and save 3 bucks.  It’s not a lot but it can get you something like all of the perks of membership.

I was quite happy when I heard a one piece game was coming to ps3, assuming it was a fighting game like unlimited cruise, but then it was said that it was like dynasty warriors which made me flop. The game is still good tho
