A high quality One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 box art has been released! Keep in mind, this may not be the final box art, as the game was just announced for release in Japan and Europe. In addition, four screenshots from the first scan are now available in the great size of 1280×720!

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 will be making it’s way to the PS3 and PS Vita at an unknown date in Japan. The action/adventure will be released in Europe Summer 2013 for the PS3.

Hold on *rubbing eyes* is it just me or has the graphics of the game been down graded, WTF is up with those zigzags and why are they going back to OLD ARCS *sigh* if this game doesn’t impress me with new game plays and new contents i.e. vs battle and new arcs i.e. Punk hazard then i am not going to buy it. BTW i hate fishmen arc, i hope they don’t include it

They’re just going back to arcs that weren’t included in the first game. Punk Hazard won’t be in it because the anime hasn’t covered it yet, and if Fishman Island isn’t in it then there wouldn’t be much new content would there?

wow the game was released in this year and next one we already have sequel.. i dont know if i’m happy or not… well , i never really played the first one so .. is it good ? faithful to series ? will i enjoy it or getting bored ?

Lol, those are the exact same words when Hack’n slash was confirmed for Storm 3
- with little to no changes in multiplayer just so they rip us off for storm 4

I think the box art looks good,I feel it just needs to have the rest of the Strawhats on the side or around the back of Luffy. Nice screenshots.

Hopefully this time it comes fully dubbed with the option to use japanese voicing and sub. That, or make it release everywhere at the same time as japan. I mean, does it really take a few months just to add subtitles to a game >_>?

Yeah, I’ll probably buy both. I’ve been watching gameplay videos without spoiling too much. So I know that I want to play this game. But I just don’t have enough time to play because of my job. But I will make time to play Pirate warriors 2 and STORM 3!!

I have played Dynasty warrior games,they got boring real fast,Hack’n'slash is only good if they have a secondary genre going in with it like free roam maybe,but here its all about One stage running around and hack’n'slashing.
