That isn’t the issue here Jonathan. It isn’t “she’s not hot enough” but rather that a girl in a swimsuit is very out of place when put on the battlefield with any of the other characters.

Sakura useless sense when? if it wheren’t for her in early part one stalling the sound gennin in the forest of death what would have become of Sasuke & Naruto? they could have been captured or even killed. Not only that but in early Shippuden she saved Kankuro’s life whom in the 4th war becomes one of the generals of the allied shinobi alience.

The US aren’t that bad with censorship. The Pokémon games still have the swimmers look the same, the only edit they got was changing the trunks of the male swimmer while the girl’s bikini remained the same.

It doesn’t say that. It only states that they’re confirmed for Japan. Europe will most likely be getting the exact same costume pack as it’s been confirmed that one will be available. Even if the US don’t get this costume pack they will when they’re released as DLC normally just like all pre order/first release/special edition DLC.

What about her? We’ve seen her in the Konoha 11 screenshots including a shot with the Bashosen. This is about the DLC costumes and Tenten doesn’t have a DLC worthy costume like Hinata. The only reason swimsuit Sakura is there is so we get the full original Team 7.

Not true. He’s only confirmed for Japan. Europe has already confirmed a DLC pack with the same amount of characters. While the US has yet to do the same I imagine they will, and even if they don’t the DLC is bound to be released normally later.

BTW they were talking about 5 additional dlc costumes besides Goku-Naruto. These are probably those 5 pre order dlc.

The only DLC I don’t care about is swimsuit sakura. Its out of place, and the only reason they put it in was so they could keep up with Hinata (second favorite character btw). I can’t stand sakura, and this DLC seems way outof place.

They had to give a swimsuit to the most unattractive female in Konoha. Why not Tsunade, Ino, Shizune, or even Tenten? NO…..Sakura.

um, sasuke looks cool and all, but does alternate even fight in road to ninja? i’m starting to really doubt that… and since theres gonna be road to ninja costumes in here, i really think menma needs to be in here as a character and not a costume. and technically as far as gameplay goes he wont be just another wasted naruto space, because menma is tobi and alt. naruto merged together with new attacks and jutsu

So I’m going to praise them despite how much I’ve beat them down. Why? Because they are doing what they should be: giving us more options. I see more complaints about OPTIONAL DLC then I do about the MANDATORY broken mechanics. Priorities are highly skewed here.

Its not necessarily homophobia… Its that there are much more shapely women to choose from so its odd that the outfit chosen was for the girl who seems to be the most masculine option. He’s merely stating an opinion that makes sense. Sakura does appeal to some, but most probably wouldn’t have her as top choice for a swimsuit. On a semi-related side note.. Naruto is usually the 1st one to laugh when someone calls her ugly (so i doubt Kishimoto himself would suggest it either but who knows)

With Naruto’s Nine Tails Chakra Mode I wish he didn’t have Shuriken’s as a throwing tool, but instead a gust of wind because it not only looks cooler it shows how powerful he is in that form.

I think you are speaking abot normal sasuke, I’m talking about sasuke with the road to ninja clothe( the one that is a dlc), no way that´s a sword. Amplify the image to see it.

Hmm…..I mean, it’s hard with CC2, they have some weird ideas on “BIG”.
We’ll just have to wait and see, but ideally I hope/think it would be one of these:

- 3 on 3 / Multiple People fighting on the same field at once. (That would truly be BIG)

I like the first idea with mtiple people fighting at once because they could incorporate the same mechanics they use for hack n slash, and in a very good but simple to use switching system where you can switch between the opponent you want to fight mid battle (preferably use one of the bumper buttons or l1 and r1 to switch) then make it both online and offline and boom

They are just costumes. Nothing new will be added to their movesets.

There are fans who gave input who don’t post here, there are fans in Japan (the domestic market), and there are fans elsewhere. I’m sure it was a Japanese vocal majority that voted her in. They will be catered to first and foremost.

The Hokage costume you get if you have Generations data on your system is the RTN Hokage outfit. I’d prefer Menma waaay more though.

I haven’t seen the movie but if it’s pulled from the movie the more likely case is they chose it since there’s nothing else of note to prove its an RtaN costume. Again, I didn’t see the movie, but the costume theme was clearly chosen from it (hokage Naruto and Sasuke) and team 7 the recipients. If anyone was voted in by domestic market it would probably be Hinata as she’s the “odd man out”

Well there is a huge difference between characters like chun-li and cammy get swimsuits people like it because they are hot and sakura is just ….meh

They are out of place in any fighter. It just calls out for our hunger in lust and makes us kinda look bad when playing a game where we brawl with characters like that. Just look at Xtreme Volleyball… it´s shameful that this game even exists. How can we distance ourselves from a creepy outlook on gamers with content like that. How can you not see that it´s out of place? It´s not only that though. Adding the ringout mechanic to a fighter is fine if it works out with all the other elements. Now add the lore of Naruto and you´ll see that it makes no sense whatsoever that a fight would end when someone gets knocked off of a building. I think games shouldn´t be designed with useless and out of place content which isn´t even demanded or doesn´t even add to the gameplay. Look at how poorly the “Free Roaming” was made in Storm 2. They just added map movement from JRPGs without the random encounters. It was just boring and time wasting. The problem here is: There is nothing wrong about swimsuit Sakura, but do we need something like that? If something doesn´t feel right we might as well say it, because if we don´t they´ll think that something like that is a good game design choice. When you have such a dynamic fighting game where you basically feel like controlling the individual characters in the fitting environment and suddenly you fight against a character with a red bikini, surely something might give you the thought that this is out of place.

You are totally right. A friend of mine help me see the metalic part of the sword . my monitor was to dark to see it, and had to see in another pc. Anyways it’s the chokuto sword XD

That’s not really an obvious answer because they’ve done this before to BOTH Kakashi and Sakura, so it’s not like they’d care if she got a new costume or not. I don’t mind Sakura, I even like her fighting style, I just think they should have come up with a different costume, idk. . She is Tsunade’s student, they could have made her a copy of costume without the robe, I think that would be cool. Plus, the swimsuit kind of makes the roster. . Awkward yet hilarious o3o
