USA Fans wanted it and Namco Bandai is delivering! Through clubNAMCO, which is Namco Bandai America’s official store, fans can purchase the Naruto Storm 3 – Collectors Edition! The price is $79.99 and the contents are similar to Europe’s Will of Fire and True Despair editions. Specifically, the USA Collector’s Edition contains all of the following items:

Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 game
Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 original soundtrack (OST)
2 sided poster (Tailed Beast Mode Naruto, Rinnegan Tobi)
6 Inch Naruto figurine
6 Inch Sasuke figurine
Trading card – Naruto in Goku’s costume
DLC (downloadable content) – Goku costume for Naruto

Namco Bandai will begin to take pre-orders on January 21, 2013 at http://store.namcobandaigames.com/store/namcous/en_US/pd/ThemeID.24355600/productID.260675200/. This collector’s edition is labeled as an “exclusive offer” at clubNAMCO, which means it won’t be available at other retailers. In other words, you can’t purchase it at GameStop, Amazon, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, or any other store. Only from clubNAMCO.

You can also pre-order the normal version of the game, which is priced at $59.99 at Amazon. First run copies include the game itself, a trading card, and DLC Goku costume for Naruto.

Or if you prefer, Namco Bandai is exclusively offering for $59.99 the game, soundtrack, poster, trading card, and DLC Goku costume. That’s everything in the collector’s edition except the figures for an excellent price! Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is Namco Bandai Games and CyberConnect2′s fourth entry in the Storm series. It will be available for the Sony PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360 in North America and Europe in March of 2013. It will begin with the incident with the Nine Tailed Fox from 16 years ago, continue on to the Five Kage Arc, and go up to the Shinobi War, covering latest episode of Naruto Shippuden before the game’s release.

I don’t think it’s worth getting. I know most of you do but i just think a poster and two figurines wont do the trick for me and the soundtrack or the trading cards. To me what is most important or in other words what i actually will use is the goku custom which you normally get by pre-ordering in normal price.

I’m just glad the US has finally got something special again rather than a pre-order bonus like cards. I really hated the pre-order bonus for Generations in the US. Looking forward to this. Hope the soundtrack is great. To say it honestly i really don’t care for the pre-order bonus of the Goku costume. I think its pretty cool but I could live without it.

It’s a collector’s edition so it’s not going to be soo cheap. Many collector’s editions are at that price or greater than 80. Ni No Kuni the collector’s edition at Namco Store is $100 and that is a brand new series that many people have never heard of. I’m even surprised they went to 100 for Ni No Kuni. At least there’s two options for customers. The regular exclusive w/o figures and the Extra exclusive with figures.

We’re basically getting more than Europe, US finally gets a collector’s edition again from probably people like myself by bothering Namco to bring them over. If you think its lame thats your opinion. Not sure if this was already mentioned, but I saw a screenshot of kankura fighting edo sasori and edo deidara. From what I could tell edo deidara was the support. Edo sasori was controlling a random leaf ninja with his chakra threads. So im guessing this is going to be his new fighting style. About the Xbox bit, I personally hate Xbox. And before you jump to conclusions that I’m hating or trolling I’ve tried the system many times because my brother has one.

About Ni No Kuni, I wouldn’t pay no $100 dollars for that. But its nice though. That is worth 80. Especially since its a brand new series but they keep pushing the name out in front “Studio Ghibli” who are only a portion of the game when it was Level-5 that has done most of the work.

Well I know I’m getting this edition of Storm 3. I also pre-ordered Ni No Kuni from Gamestop with the exclusive steelbook it comes with. That’s actually perfect for me since I collect steelbooks.

The faces of the figures are off (Naruto’s esp lol) you could get much better figures than the one’s here for a cheap price at that. For $80 bucks….I’d rather stick with the game. So the collector’s editions for Europe with one figurine cost ~85€ give or take, and this is around 60€… Might want to find a way to get this one if you want the CE since this is worth the price, unlike the European versions. Plus I like the cover art for this more.

I agree. The quality could be better. But then it would have been probably 100 dollars because of the high detail. Like the Tomb Raider Collector’s Edition with the figure included that’s costing 100 dollars.

It says “all visuals are work in progress and do not represent the final designs”. If that’s true I hope they change the artwork for the poster and do something about the soundtrack. Like an actual CD case more than just a thin slip out.

your really paying almost 80bucks for half of a new game and som figurines and stickers lol they didnt improve the original characters with the exception of changing outfits and eyes for edo. same Ninjutsus and Ultimates and awakenings three games i a row. So your payinf maximum Price for a few new characters, additonal story, boss battles and battle. Maxium for a few changes. They should be giving you those stickers card and figurines for free. you deserve it.

It’s a COLLECTOR’S edition meaning that this version is for fans that like to collect things that a lot of people see as worthless, but in reality these items that people see as “junk” may end up being expensive later on in life which is why I would make the investment of just paying 80 bucks for the collector’s edition even if you don’t like it because in 20 years who knows how much it will cost….

New theory out: Storm 2 demo out 2 months before game release on a 24th, Storm Gen. demo out 2 months before game release on a 24th. Possibly, a pattern? I for one think it’s time for Madara to be revealed, but it seems a bit early to use a trump card. Who knows, maybe both?

not sure bout everyone else but looking at the pattern for every new naruto (character) they added in the game since storm 1 there was an equal amount of sasuke’s. so judging from this if bijuu mode naruto is going to be in it most likely ems sasuke will as well and vice versa. dont know about anybody else but the one im hoping and looking forward to as of now is nagato.
