Law, Smoker Confirmed in One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2

A brand new One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 scan from Shonen Jump has been revealed! It confirms Trafalgar Law and Smoker at Punk Hazard!

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 is an action/adventure in development by Tecmo Koei’s Omega Force. The game will be published by Namco Bandai Games in Japan (PS3/PSVita) on March 20, 2013 and Europe/North America (PS3 only) sometime in the summer of 2013.

    The multiplayer is co-op only for off and online, overall i think its a good game despite its lack of characters as non-playable and as Playable. Characters which are missing from arcs in the game are Mr1, Kalifa plus some other Cp9, all supernovas apart from Luffy and Zoro (obviously), Smoker and Tashigi. for the war Marco, Doflamingo and Moria are also not in. it’s missing a few parts of the show like sky island and thriller bark. I’m sure i am missing others can’t quite think off the top of my head. But despite the lack of NPC and playable characters i still find this game fun to play.

    I am very pleased right now but… need a few more things before absolute buy, 1st. Vs mode like in Orochi Warriors 2 (if u don`t know search it up), and 2nd. More of my fav chars like Donflamingo (alias Joker) aka da boss, Eustass Kid the ultimate badass , 3 admirals, Captain buggy and thats about it if this happens then i am so sold!!!!!

    this game is so not worth it. the skypeia arc should have been in the first game. excluding skypeia theres not gonna be much boss battles. probably two new arcs fishman island and punk hazard. for real thats gay. i love one piece the anime and the manga,but this game looks dissapointing. i have pirate warriors one that was ok, not good nor great. not much to do. the online was ok. every stage had a familiar feeling. thats why that game had bad reviews. 4.0/10. the bosss battles should be more like naruto storm. then i might buy it. because the booss battles are amazing and have a dramatic feel to it. storm 3 has new characters about 20+, new gameplay style, new types of boss battles. alot of story. not a short ass story that takes only 5 hours to beat. cyberconnect 2 should have worked one piece game. why dont great animes like one piece and fairy tail have amazing games like naruto’s and dbz. btw i miss the old dbz games :(

    dont call me a naruto fanboy. when someone leaves a bad comment on one piece page doesnt mean they are a naruto fanboy. i dont have favorite animes, but i do favorite games. iread the manga for both, im on the current arc, there are so many great animes. there great in their own way. which no anime can take away from them. im just letting you know because ppl just start sending u hate msgs becuase if u say something is bad when it is. this game is bad not the anime or manga. i love the anime so much. i love the movies as well. so just letting u guys know out there.

    You don’t even have all the details about the game. Remember how awesome storm 1 was and then how shitty storm 2 and generations were and now they came back around to be good. I think it’s standard for anime games to take time to evolve. While PW 1 lacked content it’s gameplay was great all the characters were unique in ways that let’s face are way more than storm characters. It pretty much laid the ground work for a much better game. You actually felt you were playing a different character. Also remember storm and PW are two different kinds of games. To be honest if the storm games were based on the story mode alone, they wouldn’t have much replay value.

    how am I Troll. it was by an accident me posting the comment twice. i dont go on saiyanisland much to comment. theres was a guy who wrote his comment 4 times on this page, but u didnt call him a troll, ru mad because im just stating my my opinion, is this how one piece die hard fan boys act, i never knew. u learn something new everyday hahah yohohohoho!!!!! btw i didnt literally mean a copy. this game is mainly based off of thr main and another log, which basically is the story. i want this game to have a better boss battles and difficult ones. this game needs to a better way of showing the story with alot of good cutscenes. more combos, new stuff than just more characters. i understand your points about naruto’s games. but storm 2 improved than the first, but some things were lacking. generations sucked i give you that one. i love one piece so i want to play a great OP game. its simple as that. you get my drift boy.
