I never quite understood this Rasengan? What is the use of it? It has the same effect as a normal Rasengan. Don’t get me wrong, I love it when there is a new variation on cool jutsus but come on, make them usefull Kishi and don’t pull things out of your *ss because we all know Naruto will never use this Rasengan again..

with a normal rasengan the enemy rotates with the chakra and gets blown away like pain did with that last rasengan that naruto used to defeat him. when the enemy gets hit by this four rasengans at the same time they all have different directions when it rotates and as i imagine it, instead of spinning around the rasengans are like super fast gears grinding against each other wich causes alot more friction and by that logic damage to the body that gets hit by it. kishi really does pull flashy stuff out of his ass but i think this is pretty clever way to use the rasengan

Only in story mode, I think. Because EMS Sasuke and NTC Naruto in free battle seems perfect. They are both different to what they were in Generations, both their Ultimates and Awakenings have been changed and they’re evenly matched, as always.

Naruto never had Rasengan’s in NTC Mode in Generations, which was okay for the time, but today it just looks stupid. So, if they made Biju Mode playable, it would take the attention away from the improved NTC And I think if Biju Mode is only playable in Story Mode, it gives you so much more reason to play it over and over!

Support is just the Gokage’s two aides, except Darui has become playable, so that leaves: Fu, Torune, Chojuro, Cee, Akatusichi, Ao and that other chick from Stone Village as support people.

No that’s what i’m saying, it said “For the future” which again is a clear reference to the Kages speech the gave Naruto just before the fought Madara. Sasuke has nothing that would indicate ‘for the future’ has any relevance. Also, Sasuke NEVER fought the 5 kages at once. There is no battle were Sasuke did that. And at the very best they could throw 4 kages against Sasuke and that never even happened in the manga or Anime. Danzou retreated remember? Plus there are already achievements for Kage summit arc. The battle will be Uchiha Madara fighting 5 kages at once in one of those new battles like the seven swordsmen battle. I think

He’s saying it could be either. There’s also an achievement about the end of the war even though it’s still going in the manga (this’ll most likely be the beat story mode’s main story achievement). It could just be the achievement for once you’ve fought all the kage as Sasuke, it could also be the Madara fight. Point is it doesn’t confirm anything.

Not all the characters have one : Asuma, Ino,… It depends on the character and is evaluated to balance the game and/or make it close to the manga/anime. I think that with an instant powerful awakening with transformation, fast combos, huge UJ and even an air jutsu now, Naruto’s got more than enough.

The thing about this post I find quite hilarious are the sales numbers. 2.58 million in Japan, 4 million in America and 3.42 million in Europe. We managed to accumulate more sales here in America for the Ultimate Ninja games since 2003 and we didn’t even get Ultimate Ninja 5 for the PS2. Imagine if we would have got that game in America, that number could have been 5 million instead of 4 million. Those were revealed because the anime will be that far by the Japanese release, but america and europe get it a month early and we’re all getting the same game. They know the american fans want info so thwy reveal characters without much on the story. And they’ve been working with studio pierot fom the start so they know where the anime will be. My favorite part of ‘Naruto’ is when Sasuke and Naruto are running at each other and they do Chidori & Rasengan and then Naruto asks, basically, “What if we were in the opposite places?”. As far as the story goes, they are going back. Generations was just a preview, whereas Storm 3 is the actual sequel to Storm 2. Like in Gen, all you did was fight the masked man but in Storm 3 they’re actually going back in further detail. Also notice they are going back to the Kage Summit, it’s gonna be in fuller detail than Gen. At that point, Tobi hadn’t yet got the Rinnegan from Nagato, which leads to the Konan fight.

And it isn’t called PLanetary Destruction, that’s Pain’s Jutsu, this is Planetary Rasengan, go look it up

The game is easily going past the Kage summit into the actual war. As far as achievements go look at “Five Kage Summit Interrupted” that was when Sasuke had pretty much interrupted the Kage’s Summit (meeting). “To Fight a Friend” is gonna be Naruto v Sasuke when they met on the bridge after the Kage Summit(this was after Sasuke had his clash with the Kage). Uchiha v 5 kage could very well mean Madara. Notice it says “5 Kage” which means Tsunade and she wasn’t at the Summit.

I’m new to saiyanisland and I wanted to say a theory on somethings at times but never have made a comment.

This is all my opinion and theory on things so please do not think I am stating anything 100% surely please.

The screenshot. Has anyone noticed the blue flame? I mean really really really look at it. Doesn’t it look a bit odd and a bit pasted?

CC2 could be very clever in this. This is only a theory but to fool many it only takes a small slight edit. As for a pic you can made it slightly darker. This screen is probably exactly what you see, but I was looking at this and looking closely at the blue flame it looks…how do you say fishy?

As for cc2, you know they may actually read many comments here and other places as well. The DLC for NA for instance. Many made jokes of JP hating NA. If cc2 reads many comments like this what could that say to them? They may give us more but, I only say that cc2 may actively be reading comments for idea’s on sites like these for the game and also feedback as well. Many complained of no tailed beast gameplay then suddenly it is released days later. I think cc2 even if in control take many feedbacks and comments to heart to try and make the game better but maybe sometimes also the negative too.

The only thing I mean is that cc2 may be watching and may say even though so close to the game release “Maybe we can take some feedback and make miner tweeks a little to adjust the game before release”.

I know many fans of this series want the game to be great but I think maybe if we appreciated what cc2 has tried to do and has done they wouldn’t feel so pressured. I mean… cc2 is cc2 and they could have said “We will not make anymore storm games” and also they could have not asked for our opinions or idea’s at all which many company’s don’t do often that I know.

And for the many who say the game sucks, that’s okay you don’t have to play it, but the fact that you comment on a game that sucks or that your not going to get shows your true feelings

Instead of making idea’s for this game so often we all could start idea’s already for storm 4 or the next Naruto Shippuden game they make so then we will all be prepared. I am actually going to start this.

These are my theories and feelings on this. I hope maybe I helped make a difference

Less then a month and there’s still so much we don’t know. That’s barely enough time to reveal everything I expect (Edo Itachi/Nagato, Madara, Rinnegan Tobi, possibly Sage Kabuto), let alone what already looks grim (BM being playable at all, Gin/Kinkaku, seven swordsmen). 4 Mondays = 4 SJ issues, so likely only 4 chances for character reveals + possibly 1 last trailer.

It’s on this site. The list of achievements quite clearly confirms that Madara is in the game.
There is an achievement for defeating the 5 kages as an Uchiha in story mode with an A rank and a seperate achievement for doing that in story mode getting an S rank from the battle…a lot of people claimed that could be refering to sasuke at the kage summit, in spite of the fact that there are seperate achievements speficially for getting an A or S rank as Sasuke fighting at the Kage Summit.

Nope. Knj is just as limited as ever if you watch the demo gameplays. CC2 took a broken game and made it worse as a matter of fact, adding ring outs and the ability to kill supports for the entire match. So no knj + no supports = good game.

2.extra team hits(glow yellow charge)
3. grab/ultimate’s effect awakenings.
4.instant awakening
5.L1/R1 special awakening jutsu.
6.destructible envirment’s
7.double jump
8 new support function’s + supports can be killed
9. in story mode hack n slash was added

I know exactly where the Anime will be at the USA and JPN release dates. America/Europe/South Africa(my country) will have Uchiha Madara being revealed in episode 303. The JPN release date (18/04) is a Thursday! Shippuden 309 will be shown then, and if each episode covers 2 Manga chapters, as it currently is, Naruto will go into Biju Mode then.

Yes, they’re trying this thing where you can play the game as you watch the Anime, but the Japanese are not gonna get to play as much as we are before the Anime comes out.
For the people who think it’s “following the Manga”, don’t lie to yourself. It will NOT have Tobi as Obito in it, and possibly not even Sasuke & Itachi vs. Kabuto. But we’ll see, what’s the point of arguing if no one’s completely sure of their answer?

Dude, just go and look at chapter 460 to 571 in the manga. The game will definitely have content from these chapters. Madara Uchiha is definitely in the game. The achievement ‘uchiha against the 5 kage’ has his icon. Go look at saiyan island’s post on achievements carefully, especially their icons.

We won’t, not at this time of the year. The Manga is well ahead of the Anime, and if my theory is correct, and they only want to release the game in Japan once most of the Anime has shown, then they’re definitely not going to show any fillers. Only reason Chikara was shown was to commemorate 500 episodes, and those ones with the Seven Ninja Swordsmen and Kekkai Genkai were cool, ‘coz the Manga showed very little of them.
