Awakening would make absolutely no sense since he doesn’t gain any powers from beeing unmasked and once his awakening runs out he would have to leave, get redressed and come back to fight again. That would make no senes. So probably alternate costume or story mode appereance only.

No. The game is finished. They’re just revealing bits and pieces for promotional purposes. It’s a common marketing strategy. Finish the game. Show off some of it to get consumers interested in buying. Save the best stuff for last.

Well seeing the picture icon of the character on left pretty much confirms it . most of nagato’s moves were used with his red hair. having them switched on and off is just plain stupid! lol and that could be a grab … u never know..but u know! it will be understandable if he starts as a white hair and then his hair turns red when he awakens

if you look closely you can see that tobi rinnegan’s type of awakening is instant so…. i don’t think his awakening will be gedo mazou :/

That doesn’t make any sense though. They will have to use Generations Naruto for most of the story mode. He can’t use KCM2 during most of the story, so either we can’t use the ultimate for the whole story mode, or he has a own version with KCM and a different Ultimate anyway. Then the KCM2 Naruto might get a own awakening as well. Yes in the demo he had KCM1 and the KCM2 Ultimate, but only because they couldn’t give him the KCM2 awakening since it isn’t revealed yet.

Yes but it was confirmed multiple times that every character has only ONE of these awakening modes. So if he has the Instant awakening he can’t have health-down-awakening. But they need several Naruto versions anyway, or we will be plaiyng the whole story mode without UJ

Have a few questions guys. I just took a look at the character selection screen image and found that there only 5 slots with hidden stone village symbol. Since the 5 notable characters are onoki, his 2 assistants (in the blue squares probably as support) , han and roshi, where is the slot for Mu? Also who do the sharingan looking symbols represent? are the top right cloud looking symbols akatsuki symbols?

Kisame isn’t really going to change much from Generations. The only difference I can see them adding is a shirtless alternate outfit for his last few fights which isn’t really worth having a scan/trailer for.

I also saw him in the trailer like most of us did and I saw this coming. His screen looks loke a UJ and it’s the mechanical laser move he used against Killer Bee. Edo Itachi was a given because of his playability in storm 2 so he had to be in this. His screen looks like a UJ and it’s definitely the move he used against Nagato. Now rinnegan Obito looks pretty nice the shot with the fan appears to be the end of a down or over combo. And the other screen of his eyes looks like the beginning of a UJ. All we need now is Madara and Ginkaku and Kinkaku confirmed playable

I can see where your coming from with Tobi, but I till think that the scale of that tecnique is a bit too large to be a normal ninjutsu. And as for it being the end of a combo, I think it’s highly unlikely due to Naruto’s stance. Who knows, It could be just an incredibly haxxed injutsu like Masked Man in Generations.

And as for your theory on Nagato, I hope you’re correct. I would love that.

I can see where you’re coming from, but I highly doubt they will update Pain since he is “outdate”. But It would be pretty lackluster if Nagato in at least ONE of his forms doesn’t use Planetary Devastation. As I stated before, it IS his most powerful and most destructive move.

Well for the g & s there are 5 slots for their village, one is in the blue which everyone thinks is support only, and the five characters I’d see in the game are A, the two tails, Darui, gin and kin, but if blue is support then they are probably not, but I don’t really see either one of them being support and not the other, so I’m guessing they will either be like pain and be one character or we get a different character like Omoi or some other character as playable, as for the seven swords men, there are seven spaces for mist ninja and including all the other mist shinobi I don’t see all of them playable but expect haiku and zabuza of course, if there are others in, I couldn’t choose which to put in so I have no clue lol

Well the new naruto series aka set 28 is themed from storm 3 do therefore if undisputed proof madara is in the game in some fashion because he’s a card in set 28 and would only be a card in set 28 if he was gonna be in storm 3
