Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods is making it’s way to Australia beginning October 16, 2013! The movie will be shown in Australia’s Japan Film Festival, which will run in different cities from October to December. So where in Australia and what dates will the movie be shown? Below is the listing:

  • Brisbane – October 16 to October 20
  • Perth – October 23 to October 27
  • Canberra – October 30 to November 03
  • Sydney – November 14 to November 24
  • Melbourne – November 28 to December 08

It’s unclear if the movie will be subtitled in English, but since over 75% of the population speaks the language, it seems likely it will be.

Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods has finished it’s theatrical run already, with the DVD/Blu-ray officially being released on September 13. The movie had theatrical releases in the Philippines, Hong Kong, and South Korea already with Argentina, Peru Mexico, Chile, and Brazil getting into the Battle of Gods action later in September and October of 2013. There hasn’t been a release date for North America or Europe announced yet, but we’re sure the movie will make it’s way to us in some shape or form soon.

Until then, check out a new clip from the movie featuring Great Saiyaman and Pilaf’s gang!
