In J-Stars Victory VS, players can execute team attacks. These begin when two teammates lock-on to the same opponent. When one starts the attack and successfully connects, the lock-on cursor changes to a triangle, in which case both teammates hit the triangle button on the PS3/Vita controller in a timely fashion to deliver an epic team attack! In the screenshots below, we can see Luffy and Goku execute the attack flawlessly against Ichigo.
As you may have already seen in past J-Stars Victory screenshots and video, characters can transform in-game. Details are scarce at the moment, but Japanese website Dengeki reports each character will have their own condition to meet before they can transform. In Naruto’s case we’ve seen him transform to Sage Mode in the midst of battle and after activating Victory Bust to Kurama Mode. We’re not exactly sure what the exact conditions are, but as soon as we know, we’ll be sure to report on it right here on Saiyan Island!
Lastly, take a look at some new screenshots and artwork of Jaguar, Sasuke, Taro, Vegeta, and Zebra.
