Dragon Ball Xenoverse: Golden Frieza (Resurrection ‘F’) Confirmed for DLC Pack 3

Fans, the new Golden Frieza from the 2015 Dragon Ball Z Resurrection ‘F’ movie is making his way to Dragon Ball Xenoverse as part of DLC Pack 3! The news comes from the 18th issue of Shuiesha’s Weekly Shonen Jump Magazine which also states DLC Pack 3 will contain the following:

  • Jaco from Jaco the Galactic Patrolman as a playable character and master
  • More unannounced playable characters
  • An unannounced character as a master
  • Five new parallel quests
  • Thirteen new special moves
  • Gohan’s clothes from Resurrection ‘F’ as a costume
  • Two new accessories including Resurrection ‘F’ villian Tagoma’s scouter
  • Three new Z Souls

A release date was not mentioned. DLC Pack 2 is scheduled to be released later this month, however, Bandai Namco has not yet announced a specific date. We at Saiyan Island predict DLC Pack 2 will be released next week, but again, no official announcement.

For those curious about who Jaco is, he is a character from another manga created by Dragon Ball manga creator Akira Toriyama who will also be in the Resurrection ‘F’ movie. Jaco was included as pre-order DLC in Japan and it seems Japanese fans who missed on that opportunity will be able to obtain him in this go around.
