North America

For North America, Dragon Ball Xenoverse was a huge hit with an estimated 145,899 copies sold between the PS4, PS3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 version in it’s first week at retailers, according to American company VGChartz! The reporting period was February 22 to February 28 and Dragon Ball Xenoverse was released on February 24, so these are actually only comprised of five days.

Although we don’t have any experience on this first hand, we should note, we have heard their estimated numbers are often a bit off from the actual sales when reported by official companies and NPD (a reputable Market Research group). Still, we think it gives us at the very least an interesting enough picture of how well the game did. If the numbers are to be believed, then we at Saiyan Island think it did fantastically!
