Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced a new Raid Quest this weekend on Sunday, November 13. This time the Raid Quest is eight hours long and will begin at 9:00 AM PST and last until 5:00 PM PST. The battle is against Janemba, the villain from Dragon Ball Z Movie 12: Fusion Reborn. The rewards players can earn are as follows:
- Everyone who participates will get a Hercule Badge (which can be redeemed for zeni) and Trendy Shoes for their feet
- If Janemba gets to level 99 and is defeated at that level, everyone who participates on your platform (PS4, Xbox One, or PC) will get 10 TP medals
- The specific group of players who defeated Janemba at level 99 will get an additional 25 TP medals
- Those who contribute 2,000 points worth of damage to Janemba will get a Topnot wig accessory
- Those who contribute 50,000 points worth of damage to Janemba will get a Janemba’s sword accessory
For those unfamiliar with the contribution points, these are points earned during the Raid Quest and depend on how much you helped. This includes the damage you have done to the boss, again, in this case Janemba and if you helped your allies recover. An example of the screen where contribution points are displayed is shown below.
Our guess is the 2,000 and 50,000 points are the total amount earned for the duration of the day. So if you played the Raid Quest 10 times on Sunday and in each you earned 1000 points, then the sum score for the entire Raid Quest would be 10,000 points. But again, that’s just our guess on how the rewards will be awarded based on contribution score. Based on the Raid Quests that have occurred this far, it seems impossible to earn 50,000 points in just 1 play, on our experience anyways.
Just to recap from last week, Raid Quests are missions where all players of the game can come together to battle a boss and this boss must be defeated at level 99. In this case it will be Janemba. This boss starts at level 1. Then each time the boss is defeated, they gain experience points to go up a level. In other words, every time they lose a battle, they get more powerful. However, once that boss is at level 99 and they are defeated at level 99, that’s when they are truly defeated lose the war to us, the Time Patrollers!
