Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2: Raid Quests November 5/6

This weekend, Conton City is under attack! Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced Time Patrollers must get ready for two formidable foes that will need to be defeated this weekend – Cell on Saturday, November 5th and Great Ape Baby on Sunday, November 6th.

Defeating Cell and Great Ape Baby are part of Xenoverse 2-wide missions called Raid Quests. This is where all players of the game come together to battle a boss and this boss must be defeated at level 99. As far as we know, this boss starts at level 1. Then each time the boss is defeated, they gain experience points to go up a level. In other words, everytime they lose a battle, they get more powerful. However, once that boss is at level 99 and they are defeated at level 99, that’s when they are truly defeated and are able to lose the war to us, the Time Patrollers! We saw a preview to this in the Xenoverse 2 beta where Time Patrollers fought Majin Vegeta.

In each Raid Quest session, 6 players can team up. There are rewards to reap from this collaborative effort – (1) All participants will receive 10, 000 Zeni (2) If you manage to beat the boss at level 99, all participating players will receive costumes (upper part on Saturday, bottom part on Sunday), and (3) the 6 players of the team who deliver the final blow will each receive 10 TP Medal. The costume in question is the white one seen in the second screenshot below.

The Raid Quests will begin at 14:00 CET in Europe and end at 17:00. The US times for the Raid Quests will be noon ET to 3 PM ET (9 AM PT to noon PT). In other words, they will last 3 hours.
