Two New PS4 Naruto Games – Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker, Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy

The next generation of Naruto games is upon us! In the latest issue of Shuiesha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, it is revealed Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker and Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy are making their way to the PS4.

Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker is listed as an “acrobatic ninja battle” game with four people multiplayer battles locally and up to eight players online. A release date has not yet been announced. The official website for Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker will be http://naruto-action.bn-ent.net/. While nothing is on that site as of this post, it is expected something will be there on Monday, April 10. The developer for Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker is not listed, but we can expect the game to be published by Bandai Namco Entertainment.

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy is a PS4 compilation of three games – Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, and Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3. This includes all of the downloadable content for the games. Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy will be released July 27 in Japan. Those who purchase first copies of Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy will be able to obtain a product code to watch the Boruto anime at this year’s Jump Special Anime Festa event and a poster. CyberConnect2 is the developer for the trilogy.

Both Boruto: Shinobi Striker and Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy have only been announced for the PS4 and for Japan at this time. We at Saiyan Island expect both to be released worldwide for Xbox One and PC as well, in addition to PS4. If and when that happens, we hope to share the exciting announcement! Stayed tuned to Saiyan Island for more information on Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker and Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy.
