The 2017 Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) has officially begin at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, CA (USA). Event-goers can swing by Bandai Namco’s booth to play their latest installment in the Dragon Ball video game franchise, Dragon Ball FighterZ! Playable characters at the E3 build of the game are Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Frieza, Cell, and Buu. More characters are expected in the final release. Dragon Ball FighterZ not only one of the hottest anime games, but it is one of the hottest video games overall at this year’s event. A big kudos to Bandai Namco Entertainment and developer Arc System Works for bringing the fans their latest Dragon Ball game desires – a competitive fighter!
E3 is located in the USA, which has a native language of English. As such the demo of the game has English text, take a look at new HD gameplay below. The voices are in Japanese in this build, but expect the famous English dub to make its way the the final build.
Dragon Ball FighterZ will be available to purchase worldwide early 2018 in various languages – English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Neutral Spanish, Polish, Russian, Korean, and Japanese.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is a 3-vs-3 team battle fighting game in development by Arc System Works, the same developer as the acclaimed Guilty Gear fighting game franchise. Dragon Ball FighterZ delivers an explosive, action-packed game that combines classic 2D fighting with advanced 3D character models that look and feel as if they are straight out of the Dragon Ball series. It will will incorporate ultra high-speed battles and various flashy moves, including Goku’s iconic Kamehameha. Confirmed playable characters thus far include Goku (normal, Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 3, Frieza (Final Form, Golden) Super Saiyan 2 Gohan, Vegeta (normal and Super Saiyan), Perfect Cell, and Majin Buu. Dragon Ball FighterZ will be published by Bandai Namco Entertainment in early 2018.
