The hottest topic in the Dragon Ball world right now is Dragon Ball FighterZ, however, fans should remember one other game still currently in play – Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. DLC Pack 4 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions of the game is expected to be released later this month with a June 27, 2017 suspected, but not confirmed date.
Also Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is coming to the Nintendo Switch sometime in the Fall of this year, allowing players to save the world of Dragon Ball from the comfort of their living room once again or on the go! The first gameplay from the Nintendo Switch version has been released. It’s just like the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions except it features motion controls, which apparently seem like they are limited to ultimate attacks and transformations. All other movements and basic attacks seem to be with button presses. Nothing wrong with that in our opinion, it seems like a logical choice. We would like to see super attacks use motion controls as well, however, that has not been shown as of yet. Super attacks may use standard button inputs, but if they don’t we’ll surely let you know right here on Saiyan Island! Take a look at the first Nintendo Switch motion controls gameplay for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 below.
