At the Tokyo Game Show, publisher Koei Tecmo announced Attack on Titan 2 will be available on the Nintendo Switch. The game will also be on the PlayStation 4, PS Vita, and PC/Steam.
The game will be a direct sequel to the 2016 PS4, Xbox One, and PC/Steam title, Attack on Titan. Attack on Titan 2 is in development by Omega Force, like the first game, and will be released sometime early 2018. It will build upon the fast-paced action the Attack on Titan anime series is famous for and will feature an abundance of new gameplay mechanics. Players will once again don the renowned Omni-Directional Maneuver Gear as they fight and repel the fearsome Titans that threaten humanity, to restore peace within the walls. The game is tentatively titled A.O.T.2 in Europe and Attack on Titan 2 in the Americas and will follow season 2 of the anime. Take a look at the first trailer of the game below, it was originally released back in August. It contains scenes from the anime/manga in 3D video game style!
